SoussMassa National Park has located along the coast of southwest Morocco.
The park covers 131 square miles (338 km2).
The Oued Souss and Oued Massa estuaries are located at opposite ends of the park. Together they serve as the origin of the name of the national park.
Oued Souss is located north of the park boundary.

In addition to these two important water sources, the park also features grassy savannas, sand dunes, sandbars, and wetlands. The south side of the park appears to be the preferred habitat for the endemic northern bald ibis.
These same savannas, marshes, estuaries, and grassy dunes provide a popular habitat for the wide variety of nesting and migratory birds in the park. In addition to birds, the park is also home to a variety of other wildlife.
The most common wildlife species include the African wildcat, red fox, porcupine, leopard lizard, and mink.
